Welcome to my stretches and yoga session page.
Stretching is very important for daily life. Two workplaces I’ve worked for incorporated a mandatory time dedicated for stretching before you start working. That is why I started to love doing stretches: not only does it help your body in the long run but it also makes you feel refreshed. I took up yoga after doing some research and I love it. I started having little sessions with my friends whenever they were around, people really loved it and started asking me to do more.
