To my stella and stellar people of the world, change starts from within, you have to be mindful of the things you always put inside your body. No matter what your physical built is, the main idea is to be healthy. It’s more than okay to love the skin you are in but at the same time, health is always more important. With that being said, let’s dive in.
Quoting the bible: your body is a temple, which means anything that goes in there should be of the purest essentials. The world has made this somewhat difficult because a lot of our food is GMO or processed in a way that does more harm than good to our body. For example: seedless grapes, there is a process that is definitely done to ensure there are no seeds. I might not be the most educated on this but every grape I have come across in my life had seeds in them. You go to restaurants or bars and their chicken wings all vary in size; have you ever seen a chicken with such big legs? Hormones added to the livestock to produce more meat to feed a growing population, but at what cost? How many of us can honestly say we are eating REAL food? Does it not show? Look at all the health issues that are around now because of all the things that’s being done to our food. I, myself, am having trouble eating certain fruits that I once upon a time ate daily. Did I just grow an allergy to these fruits? or is there more to it? There’s also a lot you can tell about what’s going on internally but looking at your body. Check out your skin, hair, nails, and teeth. Look at your eyes. Do your hands tremble? It’s time we really focused on physical health.
Your body is your biggest lifeline, without it there’s very little you can do. Why not treat it right? I am not going to be the one who nags you about your eating habits, but I will be the one to push you in the right direction. Speaking from someone who is currently going through a lot health wise, there is no better time than the present to change your health for the better. People have a tough time eating health because they are forcing themselves to eat food they do not like. Find healthy alternatives that speak to your palette. For example: I do NOT like lettuce but I love spinach, so when I am able to substitute I always do. Another way to help you is adding something you actually like to something you don’t: chocolate strawberries, apple and caramel, ranch dressing with your vegetables, and so forth. Stick to things you like and you won’t relapse on healthy eating. Take your vitamins, drink alkaline water, and don’t forget to exercise. These things will help give you the energy you need to get through your daily tasks. Lastly, do NOT forget to stretch, this is one of the most neglected health wellness that most people forget. Stretching can limit a lot of aches and pains, it also helps keep you safe from injuries, and will keep your body nimble as you grow older. Take the time now to make better decisions for your physical health, this also includes drugs, alcohol, and sexual partners. Know your limits. Protect yourself from current or future partners by making sure your sexual health is in order, and also make sure theirs is too. When you allow someone to enter your body sexually, you are leaving yourself open to infections and also can take on the demons they have by energy transfer. Drugs and alcohol can leave permanent damages to your organs, so also be mindful on abusing these things.
