Afternoon Everyone, it’s a new week which means another chance to better our life. Use the 24 hours we are given daily wisely to change the outcome of your life. It’s time we started to actually live. Challenge yourself this week to make one step towards your goals; whether it be opening a savings account, adding more fruits and vegetables to your meals, mediating for 10 minutes a day, or simply taking time to finish an assignment you started. We are given another chance at life that many have not or are struggling with right now, so remember this and feel determined. There won’t be any gain without pain. It also doesn’t have to be physical pain. We’ve been so driven by the regular customs of getting a job, getting married, buying a house or car, working for 40 years, and then retiring. As time goes on, the retirement age seems to be increasing signifying that we are less likely to truly enjoy the final years of our lives because we will still be working to support our daily lives. That’s why it’s important for us to take charge of our situations now. This week I will truly be tapping into ideas of change and also dropping videos of my own personal progress that I have adapted for the month of April.
Let’s start taking the steps today to see better results for our lives in five years. If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, then now is the time to start taking action. Show yourself that you are capable of more. Too often we like to prove ourselves to the world then truly the only person we should really be proving ANY to is YOU. Besides God of course. Own your essence and strive for better living. Very few are lucky enough to get another shot at life, so use the time you have to make it one that is enjoyable. Life is hard but settling for less than what you deserve, has to be harder. There’s no reason we can’t all be happy, we just need to remember how to love each other and ourselves. Let’s get our mind, body, and soul right this week.
